After a scandal regarding the school's online masters program, I was brought in to be the first line of contact as the school's social media manager. In addition to crisis communication, it was my role to help reimagine the school's research, events, and student achievements as engaging and shareable content. Platforms included Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
